A: No, once the order has begun processing, we are not able to cancel it. When your order arrives please follow our easy return procedures and we will gladly refund you for your purchase.
Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Most orders received by 1:00pm EST, are shipped the same business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and on holidays will be shipped on the following business day. All orders are subject to delay if additional research is needed to verify a customers shipping and billing information. Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: Please log into your account to view the status of your order. If you do not have an account with us you still will receive an email confirming your order has been processed, and an email that confirms your order has shipped. If you have any questions please email info@Kelsidagger.com
Q: What if I place an order and KelsiDagger.com doesn’t have the item in stock?
A: If we are unable to fill your order you will be notified via email and be refunded for your purchase. You can also check the status online by logging into your account.
Q: How can I find an item I am looking for?
A: You may use the search button to find a particular style, color, or category you are looking for.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card is authorized when the order is placed to verify that the funds are available. We do not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped.
Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A: We are required to charge sales tax because we have a business presence in the states listed below.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: We offer ground, Next Day, and 2nd Day shipping options. Please go to our Shipping and Returns.
Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?
A: No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship everything via UPS and need a street address for delivery.
Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
A: Unfortunately at this time we can only have one shipping address per order.

We will gladly accept returns for unworn non-clearance merchandise with the packing slip and original packaging within 30 days of your order date. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange to receive a return-shipping label. Kelsi Dagger will email you the shipping label, once you receive the email, please print your return shipping label. Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton and ship it back to our shipping department at:

Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, we will email you to let you know it has been received. We then issue the credit on the next business day. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account.
PLV Studio, Inc. merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Q: Can I exchange an item for another size, style or color?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to take back exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the style and color you want and email customer service at email@example.com to get the return authorization and a prepaid UPS mailing label to send the item back to us as a return.
Q: What is your policy on damaged items?
A: If you receive damage or defective items, please notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label and receive a full refund.
Q: How do I return an item I received as a gift?
A: You should contact our customer service at email@example.com and they will issue a ‘Gift Exchange’ return authorization. Please note, we can only take gift exchanges for items purchased on our site. Once the item is received back, a discount code equal to the amount paid for the merchandise will be emailed to the gift recipient so they may purchase a different item on KelsiDagger.com.
